LOCATION AND WHAT IS NEARBY

This condo sits in the Silver Town complex on Park Avenue, one of the most walkable spots in Park City for guests who want to drive as little as possible.

PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT — A four-minute walk from your front door to the base area and lifts. Over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain makes it the largest ski resort in the United States. In summer, the resort converts to mountain biking, alpine coasters, scenic gondola rides, and live music events.

HISTORIC MAIN STREET — A four-minute drive or pleasant 15-minute downhill walk. Over 100 restaurants line the street, from fine dining at Riverhorse on Main to family-friendly Red Banjo Pizza, plus galleries, boutiques, and bars. During the Sundance Film Festival each January, Main Street becomes the epicenter of independent cinema with screenings and events throughout town.
DEER VALLEY RESORT — 12 minutes by car. Known for groomed runs, limited daily skier capacity, and upscale on-mountain dining rated among the best in North American skiing.
GROCERY — Kimball Junction is roughly 10 minutes away with Whole Foods, Fresh Market, and other retailers. Stock up on your way in from Salt Lake City airport.
UTAH OLYMPIC PARK — About 12 minutes away. Zipline, alpine slides, bobsled rides, and tours of the 2002 Winter Olympics venue.

PARKING

One dedicated space included at no charge, steps from the door. Free street parking on Park Avenue for a second vehicle. The free Park City bus stop is directly in front of the lot — leave the car and reach Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction easily.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. No parties — this is a residential building. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No pets. Maximum 4 guests. Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 10 AM. Not suitable for infants or young children. Treat the space like your own home and we will take care of the rest.
