One assigned parking space is included right on the property, plus free street parking nearby if you're traveling with a second vehicle. No permits, no daily fees, and no hunting for a spot after a long drive into the mountains. EV charging is not available on-site, so plan accordingly if you're driving an electric vehicle.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM — this gives our cleaning team time to reset the condo to hotel standards for the next guest. Please note this home is not suitable for children or infants, so it's best suited to adult groups and couples. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors in the building. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events. We ask that you treat the condo and the shared hot tub the way you'd want a guest to treat your own home — we've put a lot of care into this place and it shows.
